The Dirty Duathlon is a bike (5.5 miles), trail run (3.3 miles), bike (5.5 miles) event at Olde Rope Mill Park in Woodstock.  There is also a solo 3.3 mile trail run.  This race is a great race for a two-person OR three-person (beginner) team.  One person can ride the MTB course while another can run the trail run or if you think you can handle all of it you can do the whole race by yourself.  We want to make this a Free-Flite team event. It would be great if the Tri team folks, who might not be so excited about a mountain bike ride but could easily represent on the run, would pair up with a mountain bike team member in a two-person team.  (Reach out to Rick Bethay or Mike Z if you are interested and I can hook you up with a mountain bike member who doesn't know how to run.) 

Free-Flite Cadence Racing will be covering your entry fee. (You must be a registered FF member to receive the benefit, so please do not forward this email).  You can race solo or as a team. Team up with another FF rider and let's get out as a team, have fun and compete.  (Teams need to be made up of FF members to get the free entry.)
